What are FlexFax Services?
BitBlock FlexFax Services are fax services that use digital signals completely or partly hosted in our Business VoIP Platform instead of analog signals. All of the FlexFax plans and services have an improvement of either cost or function (or both) compared to plain old faxing, with features like eliminating busy signals, paper waste, and more. BitBlock's FlexFax services can be configured in a variety of ways, below you can see a list of our services and who they might be most appropriate for.
With this service you don't need a fax machine or an analog line to send or receive faxes - you can send and receive faxes over the Internet and people on the other end won't know the difference!
Like your old fax machine? Keep it, use it - this service allows you to send and receive faxes from by email or from your fax machine - whichever is most convenient.
So you want the convenience and power of FlexFax services, but you need (or prefer) to keep your analog phone line for another system you're running? We can integrate FlexFax with your analog line too with FlexFax Hybrid.
