Knowledge Base - How do I transfer calls on Fanvil Phones?
To transfer a call on a Fanvil:
- Press the XFER soft key
- Enter the number you wish to transfer to, or select the speed dial / BLF key from the secondary screen
- Wait for the dial to complete or press the Dial soft key
- Inform the remote party of the transfer (optional)
- Press the XFER soft key a second time to complete the transfer
- Hang up the handset or headset
