In general, the contract should specifically define which services are contracted, how they are identified (i.e. by phone number, circuit number etc.), and should also include a section on termination and any penalties.
It’s important to review these because in many cases not all your telephone services are in fact contracted.
Sometimes only a single line or service is which means it can be easier and less expensive to exit the agreement. For what it’s worth, we don’t believe in term contracts (excepting hardware leases, etc.) – we earn your business every month.
