Audio Prompts
From a single prompt to several pages of copy, professional audio prompts can be easily integrated into your phone system.
A page of copy is approximately 250 words - roughly 3 average prompts - normally enough for:
- Business Open Greeting / Menu
- Business Closed Greeting / Menu
- Introduction to Directory
- Business address / standard hours.
Larger lists of prompts can be accomodated as multiple pages of copy.

Media On Hold
Each messages loop is comprised of between 3 and 4 minutes of music and voice overs - monthly specials (on applicable plans) are approximately 30 seconds in length. Media on Hold is provided as an annual contracted service (one year term). You have the flexibility to choose when your message loop changes.
You can select from a wide variety of music created specifically for use as Media On Hold from genres such as Acoustic, Bright Light, Christmas, Corporate, Country, Jazz, Light Rock, Rock, and more.
Music license for this privately copyrighted music is only $2.80 per location (minimum 1). Number of locations is subject to a fair use review, but generally a location is a physical location accessible to the public and does not include home offices for remote workers.
